Contest Regulation

The Popview 2009 exhibition could be seen at The Noorderlicht Photogallery (Groningen, Holland) from the 15th of January till the 1st of March 2009. On the 16th of January, jurychairman Frans Vreeke handed out the Lex van Rossen Award 2009 to Tom Verbruggen (BE) at The Oosterpoort (Groningen, Holland).

In 2009, the jury consisted of: Frans Vreeke (producer Eurosonic Noorderslag), Jill Furmanovsky (musicphotographer/ founder Rockarchive), Ton Broekhuis (director Noorderlicht/ photographer), Jan Vollaard (journalist NRC Handelsblad) and Anja Hiddinga (Stichting Collexxx).
